- Write book: Civil and Canon Law, "The First and Fourth Estate", Tractatus Q11
- (3 + Com 3 + Good Teacher + skilled scribe (1) + skilled binder (1))
- This tractatus follows some study and a few years of being a member of the Order of Hermes. The First Estate refers to the Church, while the Order is referred to as the 'Fourth' Estate, being neither clerical, noble, nor commoner. Fr. Thomas examines a few cases where the Church and the Order might come into conflict, how it would be approached by the Church, and how magi might avoid scrutiny by being made aware of the Church's laws.
