The Coruscanti People's Front are a terror group, but with a purpose. They didn't intend to necessarily be violent, or to kill, but to use scare tactics and to pressure for sure. Their current goal is to capture Lexia Velppu, the Alderaanian SAGroup leader, in order to put pressure on Bail Organa. They are hoping to do so in the initial chaos after blowing up the ship and landing pad for the SAGroup with a timed charge, but the SAGroup landed late, and thus will get off their ship and the platform precious minutes, seconds, late.
This group, because of this plot effect, has a key role off the bat. However, later, their effectiveness is determined by the metered levels of the police force (Coruscant Security Force/Imperial Guard) and the ISB.
14:30 Pre-Show
Have placed explosive devices on platform as soon as schedule and location determined for the landing VIPs. Didi they intend to kill the younglings? Who knows. Now have members lying in wait for scheduled time and ship for arriving VIPs to kidnap the youth corrupting Alderaanian SAG leader, Lexia Vilppu, in order to pressure Bail Organa, who is on Coruscant.
17:30 Pre-Show
The SAG land on their platform, slightly late. Say, 17:32. This is bad for them and the Coruscant'i terror group. Lives are in the balance. They blow the landing platform, on time, changing others' events. They fail at capturing the SAG leader, either due to PCs or NPC ineptitude. They must find a way into the event.
18:00 Pre-Show
Members get to the Imperial Palace and event space and start scoping it out, checking out avenues in.
18:30
They will try to grab SAG officer Lexia Vilppu upon arrival
19:00
Failing, they will try to break in, cause a disruption, or take advantage of one.
20:40
If there is a scuffle between the Alderaanians and the performers, or if the scuffle gets out of hand, older members will try to assist. Such the perfect time to try to break in. This would be the moment, if the levels are right.
21:45
Failing all, they could take advantage of the arrival at the after party.
