Location: Fusion Queen night club, Absalom Station
Affiliation: Downside Kings
Working primarily out of the Fusion Queen night club in the Downside Kings territory of Absalom Station, Elan slings drugs to the club clientele, often middle or upper-middle class kids slumming it in the lower levels of the station. He maintains his stash in the back room of the club and cuts whoever the current leader of the Downside Kings with a percentage. (This is currently Ferani Nadaz.)
During their investigations, Laurence Clearwater made contact with Elan in the club. Using Elan as his middleman, Laurence has a supply of drugs which he sells to upper-level clients at a markup.
