A well-regarded Jedi sentinel and farseer before the breakout of the Clone Wars, Master Haneul was a natural if reluctant Jedi High General and leader of the 13th Army.
A strong believer of knowledge through the Force, Master Hanuel's command center often looks more akin to a republic intelligence center then a war room, with a dozen information feeds being subconsciously scanned by the meditative Master while she lets the Force guide her through the chaff to the critical nuggets of truth. She goes to the ground less often then the majority of the Jedi High Generals, preferring to direct the clone commander with foresight and strategic direction.
Under Master Hanuel's guidance, the Jedi Generals (and Commander) assigned to the 13th fleet have been kept together and utilized as much as a special operations team as independent section generals.
