« Extraordinary Tribunal of 1227 | Stonehenge Tribunal | Tribunal of 1236 »
Issues sent by Stonehenge:
- Inter-Tribunal compact
- Proposed by Stonehenge Tribunal representatives:
- The 1208 Stonehege Tribunal holding of Stonehenge regarding magical silver be adopted at an Order-wide level to level playing field for all magi.
- "No covenant may put more than a reasonable amount of magically created silver into circulation in a year. A reasonable amount is two (Mythic) pounds of silver per magus."
- VOTE: Declined by Grand Tribunal, due to numerous Tribunals not willing to subject themselves to limitations, particularly after debate on suggesting that *any* magical used to enhance a covenants resources be covered by such a ruling.
- Quaesitorial Minimums
- Proposed by Stonehenge Tribunal representatives:
- Given the rulings of the Extraordinary Grand Tribunal of 1226 that set a standard for minimum Quaesitores in the Stonehenge and Loch Leglean Tribunals by 1261, Stonehenge Tribunal represnetatives argue that all Tribunals should be held to the same standard.
- VOTE: Remanded to Magvillus and Quaesitores for recommendation at next Grand Tribunal after debate.
