A little neglect may breed mischief: for want of a nail the shoe was lost; for want of a shoe the horse was lost; and for want of a horse the rider was lost. - Selected Pre-Unification Sayings, Volume 1

History

Deangelo Nulaati.jpg

Born as a younger child of a leading family on the Administratum world of Prol IX, the martially minded Prefrectus Deangelo Nulaati chose a commission in the regiment Sentinels of Prol over pushing through the byzantine Administratum hierarchy. After putting in two decades in the Millitarum, he transferred back to the Administratum, leveraging his connections and experience to become a Master in the Munitorum. In time he ascended to the rank of Prefectus and moved to Kulth with the main thrust of the Margin Crusade. It was there he struck up a friendship with Lord Fitzwilliam who convinced him, after much consideration, to retire from the Munitorum and take up the position as Governor of the Aurum Colony.

Colony Effect

  • Master of Logistics: Prefectus Nulaati runs the colony on tight, overlapping schedules and the efficient distribution of supplies. The colony gains +1 Order.
  • Unlucky: An unfortunate legacy of the position, Deangelo has not yet shaken the perceived curse on the position. This leads many to flock to the temples. The colony gains +2 Piety but adds +4 to Calamity rolls.
